The South Korean government has announced that it plans to inject a further 4.2 billion euros into the semiconductor industry, in light of the growing uncertainty" facing the key sector in the face of US tariffs.

The aim? To strengthen technological sovereignty and ensure global competitiveness in a strategic and highly competitive sector.
