On January 8, the PCI – Creative Science Park Aveiro Region will hold a conference as part of the Microelectronics Agenda on “Promoting Electrotechnics in Education – the future starts today”, a fundamental theme for the growth of the Microelectronics and Semiconductors sector, both at national and European level.
The aim of the conference is to stimulate dialogue between companies, educational institutions and government bodies in order to identify ways of attracting and training young people in the field of electrotechnics. It is hoped that the conference will contribute to raising public awareness of this issue and disseminate good practices aimed at promoting electrotechnics in education, promoting the development of qualified human resources to meet the needs of the sector.
The Microelectronics Agenda is made up of a consortium of 17 entities, funded by the Recovery and Resilience Program (RRP) in line with the European regulation EU Chips Act.
